The Calanni family in its third generation begins in 1930 in a small ice cream parlor afterward introducing the pastry bakery of typical Sicilian products in 1964. Today, as in 1930, nothing has changed in the way we produce, strictly by hand. Machinery of a time, a careful selection of the best raw materials and traditional recipes in order that our laboratory creates products of real excellence.
