The company, attentive to food safety, since 2016 Has been producing according to the standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
In 2017, responding to all the standards of the GFSI (adoption of the HACCP methodology, a documented quality management system and the control of environmental, process and personnel standards within the production site) was certified by:

BRC Food (Global Standard for Food Safety)

IFS Food (Interantial Featured Standard Food)

 

 

Also since 2017 the company has been equipped with:

Food Safety Plan e di PCQI (Preventive Control Qualified Individual) secondo quanto previsto dal Preventive Control for Human Food del Governo U.S.A.

 

The company has been a member of the KOSHER program since 2018
