The Sicilian Cassata is considered the quintessential of Sicilian sweets. It dates its origins back to the Arab domination in Sicily (IX-XI century).

The selection of the ricotta cheese, purely from sheep, coming from the Nebrodi Park, the marzipan made of sugar and almonds selected from Sicily, the chocolate chips and the first choice candied fruit gives the product, although sweet, a certain balance between the ingredients, leaving a pleasant and unforgettable aftertaste.
